IRIS CONSULTING

• Design – Provide the client with a detailed design for their use of IRIS. This includes the clinical rules that should be considered, the operational interface to all categories of impacted individuals and the optimized phases for implementation.
• Setup – Establishing the full setup of the IRIS system to reflect the client’s specific environment. This includes both the physical clinic makeup and the operational interfaces required to fit into the present environment.
• Rule Design – Our RISE offering includes a rich library of clinical rules that are available for our client's use. These rules can be tailored to your needs by drawing on our skills. The experience we gained in working with the senior clinicians in the original development of the clinical rules, insures that the lowest cost and most effective rule creation is accomplished.
• Education – We offer complete education and training for all levels of our client’s staff. Each program is tailored to the individual needs of our client.

GENERAL MANAGEMENT

• Operational Measurements - Designing operational measurement processes that simplify the application of sound management principals to the healthcare industry.
